Hi Team,

There is one new requirement where Nagios should generate an alert when any files pending in below NAS location.
/QA_STOCKPUBLISHER_MFT/Stock/Inbound/SLi_FRUK276/Input/mqsibackout

How can we get Pending files data through Nagios and alert triggering(Warning or Critical). Please assist/guide me in achieving this.

Hi,
How are you doing?
Nagios XI came with a wizard called "Folder Watch" that you can try.
Nagios XI GUI > Configure > Configuration Wizards > click "Folder Watch" wizard

I also searched Nagios Exchange page and found this "check_file_exists" plugin:
