Using NSClient 0.4.x.x

Hello guys,
Someone have an example for use the NSClient 0.4.x.x as NSCA client?
I've tried, but appears that the client don't connect to Nagios server.

Honestly to me the 0.4.xx version of the INI is confusing and I don't think it is documented the best...
