i would like to send the Nagios performance data/metrics from the Nagios XI server (version 5.8) to any time series database like prometheus, graphite or influx.
May i know what could be the recommend way or tools to collect the data from Nagios XI server and send it to the various backend systems.

We don't have any official guidance for this at this time.
I did find these 3rd party instructions for nagflux/grafana that should point you in the right direction:

But if you try that, you should do it on a test system before impacting your production XI server.
