I know the bulk modification>remove contact>select contact>find relationship ....process
On the user dashboard it is showing 300+ hosts and 4000+ services.
But, When I go through find relationships option it is reflecting 94 hosts and related services.
I even checked from the server by using grep command. The contact is in 94 config files only.
Why is it showing like this?.
I want the to delete the contact from multiple hosts and services. Is there any alternative option left?
Any help would be appreciated

Re: Deleting a contact from multiple hosts & services
Hi,
If that's not the issue, please send over the system profile and I can double-check the configs. Thanks, Benjamin
To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Is that everything in the configs? Check the user security settings to make sure "can see all host and services" is not enabled. Go to Admin > Manage Users > .. and then click on the user link.On the user dashboard it is showing 300+ hosts and 4000+ services.

Re: Deleting a contact from multiple hosts & services
Hi Benjamin,
I missed out the point that the user might be in contact group and that is what happened. I have removed the contact from the group.
Sorry for that
