Issues importing Collaboration Endpoints

Hello all. I just made a csv file for all my collaboration servers such as CUCM, Unity Connection, CER, InformaCast, Analog VG's, and so on. The Apply Config kept failing after I added these servers so I had to roll back to the last good snapshot. It didn't seem to like any of these servers when it tried adding them to the config. I'm using the Bulk Import wizard as my boss does not want to install NCPA on our servers. Any ideas what may have gone wrong? Thank you so much for your help.

Thanks for reaching out, and want to take a look at your Nagios XI System Profile to see what is going on when the Apply Config event is run.

To send us your system profile.

• Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
• Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
• Click the "Download Profile" button
• Save the profile.zip file and send via private message
