can we enable the dashboard to all users inside organization so that they can view the dashboard with out a user name and password?

Hi

No that isn't possible.

You could create a user called "readonly" with a password, say "new123"
Then login as that user and set up a dashboard.
Right-click on the link for the dashboard and choose open in a new tab.
Copy the URL from the new tab.
Send the URL to your users along with the credentials ("readonly", "new123"), they could save the login information in
their browsers.
