I CANNOT CREATE A BACKUP

Hi All,

I need your help. A new Nagios XI version is available now. I would like to update it, but I need to create a Backup first.
The problem I have is that when I click on "Create Backup" i get the message that Backup will be ready soon but a lot of hours after, the backup is not appearing there and if I check the path /store/backups/nagiosxi nothing is there.

Do you know why I can not create backups?

Hello @echonoc

Thanks for reaching out on the Nagios XI backup. You can go ahead and run the following command from the terminal and follow the output on backup results.

Code: Select all

/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/backup_xi.sh
