Hi All,

I need your help. A new Nagios XI version is available now. I would like to update it, but I need to create a Backup first.
The problem I have is that when I click on "Create Backup" i get the message that Backup will be ready soon but a lot of hours after, the backup is not appearing there and if I check the path /store/backups/nagiosxi nothing is there.

Do you know why I can not create backups?

Thanks for reaching out on the Nagios XI backup. You can go ahead and run the following command from the terminal and follow the output on backup results. Thanks,
