Monitoring after 60-day trial expiry

Post by juppchoi »

Hi,

After the 60-day trial expiry, we get following display under License Information.

License Type: Free - Purchase a license and receive support and upgrade benefits!
Number of Licensed Hosts: 7
Current Hosts: 39
License Usage: 557%
License Activation
Activation Status: Activated

We have removed all the Hosts and Services at the Configuration Manager but it still shows 39 hosts.

How can we overcome this and reset the Hosts to nothing ?

Thanks.

Did you delete them from the CCM?

Did you apply the configuration after removing them.

I removed/deleted/applied in CCM.
Not sure whether there is a mandatory sequence to do this, eg first remove group(s), service(s),etc before the actual host(s).

This is weird. What version of XI are you running? Do any additional hosts show in your Host Detail page?
