Hi Team,

In our event log we found that

That host is not configured in nagios.
How can we stop these checks?

Thanks!

Hello @lanxessinfy

That appears to be Auto populating from 'Unconfigured Objects'.

You can disable that from the Nagios XI Web console > Admin > Unconfigured Objects:
  • [ ] Enable Auto Import: Automatically import host/services into the CCM with templates applied below.
Please let us know if you need anything further,

Hello @lanxessinfy

In my original reply; I made mention 'Unconfigured Objects' and want to check to see if the following is enabled?
Nagios XI Web console > Admin > Unconfigured Objects:

[ ] Enable Auto Import: Automatically import host/services into the CCM with templates applied below.
If this option is enabled, the 'Unconfigured Objects will be automatically imported.

Please let me know what you find,

The host '10.249.119.4' will sit in the 'Unconfigured Objects List' until it is cleared and will not affect any future alerts.

Thanks, I will go ahead and lock.
