Dashboard is not in sync

Hi Team,

I have created a dashboard in Nagios and deployed to some users. I have enabled sync option as well while deploying the dashboard. Later I have added some dashlets in the same dashboard, but new dashlets are not visible to other users. I tried to redeploy the same dashboard again to the users but instead of over writing the existing dashboard. It is reflecting as another dashboard entry (attached the screenshot) and new dashlets are available in new dashboard. Please let me know how to fix the issue.

Thanks for reaching out, on this dashboard issue.

We want to have you open a browser session with Development Tools > Networking tab. Load the page and look for an element with an error and let us know what you find.

Please PM your updated system profile so we can see what is going on.

To send us your system profile.

• Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
• Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
• Click the "Download Profile" button
• Save the profile.zip file and send via Private Message

Also, can you please explain the below steps in detail.

Thanks for sending over the System Profile, in review we see that the Dashboards are configured and want to Deploy them using Custom URL by:

Login as the user > Two methods depending on config:

• Home > Action Menu Gear in home page or
• Admin > Manage Components > Home Page Modification > Home Page Destination:
  • Custome URL example: https://yourhostaddresshere/nagiosxi/dashboards/dashboard.php?id=xXxAjm
• Note: In Dashboards > Dashboard Deployment Tool > My Dashboard > Select and right-click to copy the "Custom URL" for the dashboard.
• Apply Settings

In Dashboards > Dashboard Deployment Tool > Deploy Dashboard > make selections and 'Keep synced' > [Deploy Dashboards].

After update on Settings will do it,

Looks like these steps are for adding dashboard in home page. I don't want to make any changes in my default home page view. I have already enabled keep synched option while deploying dashboard to other users, but when another user logs in to nagios it is not syncing instead it is creating another entry of the same dashboard under my dashboard section and the new entry displays the changes.

Please go ahead and verify the dashboard deployment on a test User account by logging in as the 'user'. Deploy a Dashboard:

Login as the user > Two methods depending on config:

Home > Action Menu Gear on home page or
Admin > Manage Components > Home Page Modification > Home Page Destination:
