Create and deploy dashboards without being an admin

I would like to give my users permission to deploy dashboards without making them full admins.

This was supposed to be an enhancement back in 2017...any progress or ways to allow users to share dashboards?

It doesn't look like it's been added yet, please keep in mind that the decision to implement the enhancement is at the discretion of our development team.

I have added a note to the internal feature request #3391 with a link back to this thread so development will see it.
