we using the nagios XI and try to add the new monitoring node thru wizard, it comes error that no port we detected on the switch.

No ports were detected on the switch. Possible reasons for this include:
The switch is currently down
The switch does not exist at the address you specified
SNMP support on the switch is disabled
Nagios XL not able to scan the port

It sounds like you're having some SNMP problems. In addition to the potential reasons listed in the error message it may be an issue with the community string and/or version your using. I would recommend that you open a ticket so we can discuss the specifics in confidence while we help you troubleshoot. However if you would like to continue this discussion in the forums we will only be able to give you generic advice since the forums are viewable by other customers. Either way could please generate system profile for us ?
To generate a system profile:
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" (Top) -> "System Profile" Menu (Left)
Click the "Download Profile" button
Then if you would prefer to start a ticket login into the ticketing system and attach the profile to the ticket with a brief description of the problem and a link back to this post if you like.
