Some errors on nagios update

Good afternoon

when i upgrade the testing nagios i get this error

you're possibly missing the character set settings in your php config, please edit this file:

/usr/local/nagiosxi/html/config.inc.php

Under each of these lines that define the db connections:

"db" => 'nagiosxi',
...
"db" => 'nagios',
...
"db" => 'nagiosql',

Add this:

"charset" => 'utf8',

So they look like this:

"db" => 'nagiosxi',
"charset" => 'utf8',
...
"db" => 'nagios',
"charset" => 'utf8',
...
"db" => 'nagiosql',
"charset" => 'utf8',
