Unable to disable the alert for mam-public.merckgroup com

Hello team,

Hope your are doing good.

There were some alerts in the Nagios dashboard regarding SSL certificate expiry days, although all alerts notification we have made disabled; but unable to make it so/disabled except one which is for mam-public.merckgroup.com (host)
Also, please find the alert screenshot as an attachment for reference. Could you kindly observe it and suggest us the appropriate steps/action accordingly.

Hi,

Please send me a System Profile so I can take a look.

1. Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
2. Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
3. Click the "Download Profile" button
4. Save the profile.zip file and share the file in a private message and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.
