Having gotten to script "E-importnagiosql", I am almost there. Fedora core 8, 32b. I went to the actual login.php that is running and everything looks normal...I even tried using the previos user/pass commented lines to see if that was causing the Internal Server 500 error. Any ideas?

What about your apache/httpd server? If you have some background that's what I'd be looking for, if you don't know then just start with where you can.

Check the server logs /var/log/httpd/error_log
Though I'm much more interested with what transpired to get this far, what was this server(perhaps it was in a brand new box from Dell, but I still have to ask you see.) prior to having XI installed for example.
