SMTP Connect Failed. Error sending email Notifications

Hi There,

I am having an issue with my NXI whereby the notification email are not being sent from NXI out of sudden.
We have configured the SMTP settings on NXI and it has been worked well for the past one year without any issue but the last few days its stopped sending notifications. I tries to send Test mail and the error below appears as attached. We have not made changes from our O365 perspective as well. Kindly advise as we are not able to receive notifications anymore.

Hi,

In your email settings please tick the checkbox to enable logging,
then try to send a test email. Then share the /usr/usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp/phpmailer.log
with us.

Hi

It looks like Microsoft is enforcing TLS1.2 now. You will need to upgrade your php
if your verson is < 5.6. Run php -v from the command line to see your version.
