contacting nagios support ?

Hi there,

How do I contact the nagios support ? I've registered on this forum but am unable to post to the customer support section,
haven't been able to find information about any other way to contact support.

I asked for access to the customers usergroup but haven't been accepted yet, I have no idea if that is the problem as I find
no information about the process of being able to post to the customer support section.

I thought I might just contact one of the admins, but as I haven't posted anything yet I don't have the rights to do so ...

Any info would be appreciated

Contact [email protected] with your customer ID and forum ID and they can get it setup
