Hi,

I am having some problems when I try to add some windows services to a windows server host, I select the services I wan to monitor and when I finish to do it and click in the "Next" button, the interface lose connection. I hope you can help us on this

Thanks for reaching out, want to have run through and install any updates to see if that helps by going:

• Admin => Manage Config Wizards (found in \/System Extension section) -> [Check for Updates]

If the issue persists please send over the System Profile so we can see what is going on.

To send us your system profile.

• Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
• Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
• Click the "Download Profile" button
• Save the profile.zip file and share
