Does ncpa not support Debian 11? If not, do you know when it will?

Yes, NCPA supports Debian 11. You can check out the following
link for more info. Be sure to change the linux option to Debian 11. I will now lock this post.

NCPA v3 supports Debian v9+. The beta, which is actually quite solid, can be downloaded here:
https://www.nagios.org/ncpa/#downloads
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the beta downloads.
The production version should be out within a few weeks, plus or minus, as I understand it.
