I have one question about paid support. Which are the versions supported? For example only the major version and three minor versions?
I want to know the update policy of that... for example:
Nagios Core, major supported 4.4, minor supported 4.4.13, 4.4.12, 4.4.11
With XI I want to know the same... Nagios XI, major supported 5.10 and 5.11, minor supported 5.11.1, 5.11.0, 5.10.0
The reason to ask that is to avoid that the support ask to our customers to upgrade to the last version... we surfaced a problem with Nagios Core and the problem with soft and hard states... that problem could be solved if we could know the supported version instead to update to the lastest...

Thanks for asking! As of October 31, 2023, our primary support focus is on version 5.11.3. While we still provide support for older versions, it's important to note that the effectiveness of our paid support diminishes with the age of the version.
