get notification from router or switch

is it possible to receive a notification that a change has occurred after a change is made in the router or switch?

At the moment, NNA is primarily a Netflow analysis tool - you would be able to monitor changes in traffic, but you would probably want to rely on a different tool for configuration management and/or configuration change notification.
