Upgrading to latest version via GUI ends with error that shows

ERROR 1146 (42S02) at line 4: Table 'nagiosxi.xi_meta' doesn't exist

Any thoughts? Current version we are on is: 5.9.3

Database: mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 5.5.60-MariaDB, for Linux (x86_64) using readline 5.1

Actual ran a db repair and now it dies here in the upgrade

Done!
INSTALL: Dashlets installed/updated OK.
tr: write error: Broken pipe
tr: write error
ERROR 1396 (HY000) at line 2: Operation CREATE USER failed for 'dbmaint_nagiosxi'@'localhost'

Hey @Psihawk

While we look into this issue can you let us know what distribution of linux you are on so we can also test to see if its distro specific? Thanks for posting your findings.
