NagiosXI index.php doesnt show any information

HI,
After an upgrade , i dont receive any info on my home page dashboard, neither on operation center view or tactical..
they can load any info averything appear at 0
(see print screen ) but with http://localhost/nagios/ i can see them...

also add some log erros may be can help.. :?:

Anybody can help to resolve this issue pls..?

Hi @asanteben, thanks for reaching out.

Can you check /usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log for errors? Specifically, I've seen a few people get errors like this recently:

If you find this error, check the password in /usr/local/nagios/etc/ndo.cfg. It should be the same as the password for ndoutils in /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/config.inc.php, around line 60. If the passwords don't match, try to use the one in the PHP file and then run service nagios restart.

Let me know if that helps - if you don't have that specific error, I'd still like to see if there are any other problems in nagios.log.

I have this as error in the log file isnt the same but its NDO-3 error...
dose it make cense to you..? :?
and i have checked the password on both files. they are the same..
