Does NAGIOSXI support AIX 7.1 ?

does Nagiosxi support AIX 7.1 ?
I know it supports 5.3 and 6.1 technically base of AIX 7.1 is AIX 6.1, so it should support 7.1 also but it gave me any error

We haven't tested it with 7.1, however if you are willing to give it a go you can modify line 46 of ./fullinstall to be

aix7.1|aix6.1|aix5.3)

and try again.

I cannot offer any promises, but definitely let us know if this all works as expected.

I have successfully installed agent on aix7.1.

Now in the server side i see a option for windows server, how do i get wizard for aix and linux servers.

Are you referring to a monitoring wizard? There is one built in for Linux already, and the AIX Wizard may be found at:

This wizard can be installed on your Nagios XI server by downloading it, then uploading the file to the Web Interface via:

I have already installed aix agent on my aix server.

Now i am looking for a way to monitor that server

That is the wizard not the agent, the wizard will assist you in monitoring the AIX server much like the Windows Server, Linux Server, Printer... etc wizards provide you with the ability to set hosts, services, and options without you having to manually add them in their respective configuration files as you had to in Core.
