If I want to change the way a host is monitoring for example from Windows agent (NSClient) to SNMP, so I have to run new configuration wizard and the old one will be overwritten, am I correct?. Will I lost all of its performance data ? How can I keep it ?

No, you will have to delete the old services for that host before creating the new ones. When you run a Nagios XI wizard, it checks to see if the host already has the services you're trying to create with the wizard, and if the service already exists, it will simply not create a new one. Also, there is no way to merge a new services data with an old services data unfortunately.
