Hi there,
we do have the same trouble like described in Topic:
Error in displaying Google Maps, HyperMap and Nagvis
when i run the same tasks on Firefox started on Nagiosserver it works fine, runnig with IE or Firefox on a PC / Laptop it ends up with a error message in the lower right.
Special when using Dashboards, even Tactical overview newer comes back with a result.
Nagios XI 2011R3.2
RHEL 6.2 latest updates and patches loaded
Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8 on client
I think this may be a bug.
Problem with Browser on client systems
Re: Problem with Browser on client systems
We will have to do some digging/testing... So far, I haven't been able to reproduce it. Can you post the exact versions of the browsers that you are having issues with and some screenshots?

Re: Problem with Browser on client systems
Hello back,
IE Version 8.0.7601.17514
The dashbord on Server looks again ok, a little strange is looking at picture 1 the "Monitoring Engine Event Queue" Dashlet doesn't work, on picture 3 on the Dashlet works ????
Hypermap dashlet does'nt work at all on windows!!!!
This is a killer for my project because we have the requirement to deploy dashboards to Teamleaders and Managers.
At the Moment this IE Version is deployed and tested on all Corporate Clients, to enforce updates to other IE Version are hard because of the long testing cycles corporate wide.
thanks for helping here
Andy

Re: Problem with Browser on client systems
Hi there,
as an additional Information, I just made tests with Firefox 10.0.1 and it seems to work fine, and it look more performant by the way.
Regards Andy

Re: Problem with Browser on client systems
I could look at clearing the browser cache on the client's system, it may be caching an old version of the scripts, as well as updating internet explorer's version if possible. We have tested and verified each of these components on IE 8, but IE8 in particular tends to have far more javascript related problems than Firefox or Chrome.
Re: Problem with Browser on client systems
Clearing cache doesn't help, using Firefox is not really an good option, i will try to get a machine with a newer IE(9) and see how it works there.
