Notification based on SLA

Hi,
I have some criteria on sending notification on any service or node down in Nagios XI. For example a Node/Service down, Nagios starts sending mails to specific user/Group. However, if that server down for more than a hour/two hours (based on my SLA), it would triggers mail based on this Rule:
my mail notification(Recipients) might changes like escalation level1,escalation level 2 like that. Is this possible to configure in Nagios XI?
