How and who modifies configuration wizards in Nagios XI?

I would like to have the wizards SNMP and SNMP WALK modified to have a Privacy protocol line added under the SNMP Authentication area with the options of DES and AES.

I would also like to have wizard NETWORK SWITCH/ROUTER modified to have a 3 added to the drop down menu of SNMP Version and to have the SNMP Authentication from either of the two above wizards added to this wizard along with the change for Privacy protocol.
