opening VM error

I receive this error when opening the nagios vm settings in Virtual PC on Windows 7 Enterprise .

"Could not register the virtual machine. The virtual machine configuration could not be added. User does not have sufficient access rights. "
Confirmed I am admin on my workstation.

Any ideas.

Which VM did you download, Nagios XI, or Fusion? Currently we only have a Fusion VM for VMware.
