Does HyperMap Refresh

Can anyone tell me if HyperMap is expected to refresh during normal display and if so what is the refresh rate? We use it fully maximised as a "network status", displayed on a large wall mounted TV allowing people to see what's happening.

However, the host status displayed on the top right of the map (relating to the central node selected) shows the RTA as a consistent figure i.e., the figure first recorded when the map was displayed and never seems to change. Is this normal behaviour?

I don't believe it refreshes, but you can add it to as a view and it will be refreshed when it cycles through
