Nagio Cross-Platform Agent Windows service will not start

NCPA 3.1 on Server 2008R2 Service will not start.

Error: Nagio Cross-Platform Agent service. The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

I have tried uninstall/re-install and reboots.

Any ideas?

Hi @slove, thanks for reaching out.

Looking at the list of supported operating systems for NCPA 3, it looks like you may need to use NCPA 2. Windows Server 2008 is supported by NCPA 2.4.1 according to this table.

NCPA 3 requires Windows Server 2016+.
