Linux NCPA Wizard doesn't populate Plugins like on Windows

I can't seem to get Linux machines running NCPA to pull a list of available plugins.
Windows is working but not linux. Is this a known issue or do I have something else going on?

GldRush98,

It seems like something else is likely going on. I just spun up an NCPA agent to test this on a RHEL 8 system and I was able to see the plugins located at:

Code: Select all

/usr/local/ncpa/plugins/

Seems like a silly question, but have you confirmed that you have executable plugins in the aforementioned directory on the server you are trying to monitor?

Best Regards,

Cory Norell

Hi GldRush98,

I wanted to add onto Cory's info -- Is the highlighted element in the screenshot I attached what you're having issues with? If so, this is a known issue and is fixed in the upcoming release for XI.

I'm sorry for the confusion. I don't know what happened that day, but everything is working fine when I checked on it today. You can close this one.

Glad it resolved itself.

Locking.
