Not able to configure Router

Hi
We are not able to monitore Router and Network from Nagios XI. The SNMP is enabled on router . When we analysed the firewall logs we found that Nagios Xi is not sending the SNMP packets to the destination.
Its a new install. Nagiox Xi - RHEL 6-64 bit.

Urgent help appreciated

Can you run a basic snmpget/snmpwalk from the Nagios XI server command line to this router?

Did you run the Network Switch /Router Monitoring Wizard against your device? Can you show us the command that you are running from the command line (hide sensitive data)?
