DUO problems

Post by zbuckingham »

I have already setup DUO for Nagios. I copy and pasted the all three required fields and turn DUO on. Whenever someone tries to sign in I get {"error": "invalid_grant", "error_description": "Invalid redirect URI 'https://*IP of server*/nagiosxi/login.php'."} On the URL I see the https://**DUOAPI.duosecurity.com/oauth/v1/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=DI2LIHTTX5FJV8I6TCX2&scope=openid&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2F10.233.65.35%2Fnagiosxi%2Flogin.php&request=eyJ0eXAiOiJKV1QiLCJhbGciOiJIUzUxMiJ9.eyJzY29wZSI6Im9wZW5pZCIsInJlZGlyZWN0X3VyaSI6Imh0dHBzOlwvXC8xMC4yMzMuNjUuMzVcL25hZ2lvc3hpXC9sb2dpbi5waHAiLCJjbGllbnRfaWQiOiJESTJMSUhUVFg1RkpWOEk2VENYMiIsImlzcyI6IkRJMkxJSFRUWDVGSlY4STZUQ1gyIiwiYXVkIjoiaHR0cHM6XC9cL2FwaS03NmY2Mjc2Ny5kdW9zZWN1cml0eS5jb20iLCJleHAiOjE3MzA5Mjg0OTAsInN0YXRlIjoiclFoS3Nnc0h6bUVVTHVQSXZlRzRFYmhraFFDUjZrQlY5Yk5uIiwicmVzcG9uc2VfdHlwZSI6ImNvZGUiLCJkdW9fdW5hbWUiOiJ6YnVja2luZ2hhbSIsInVzZV9kdW9fY29kZV9hdHRyaWJ1dGUiOnRydWV9.kGg5x9HC3wheU-sLlCne3cZGOm8Y7zu61RFKfBGk8R9DPFkV7Cx1HHobuBNCX_Tkf0f-ayH7fP3EfhZcuQBPTw
Does anyone know why this may be happening?

Can you verify that the redirect uri is correct? Also when you go to system settings do you have an external url set? If not try setting that external url and see if it fixed the issue.
