Nagios Core 4.5.7 | Action_URL and Notes_URL links malformed

When adding either action_url or notes_url to either host or service configs the links are being prepended with "http://<nagios url>/nagios/cgi-bin/" which causes the link to be malformed and not function.

OS: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
Nagios: Core 4.5.7 (Fresh install)
Browsers: Firefox and Edge

Looks like the configured link is being modified via javascript...

Y'all got one of those internal issue IDs or should I file this as a bug on GitHub?
