Negative Percentage on my E: Disk Drive Service

Hello, I have an issue with the Nagios XI dashboard. When I try to check the service for my E: drive on a server, it shows a negative percentage. I should clarify that my drive has a capacity of 40 TB, and the details display this message:
E:\ Label: """" Serial Number """":
-80% used (20052082MB / -2514834MB) (<80%) : OK
I tried deleting the service and reconfiguring it but i had the same problem.
Any Solutions?

What kind of check are you using for it? e.g., NCPA? It's looking like the problem is that the drive is showing a negative capacity, indicative of the disk size overflowing some integer value somewhere. I'm trying to get an idea of where to start looking.

Hi sorry for no response i used SNMP but i resolved the issue upgrading a plugin of check_snmp_storage.pl and deleting the old one
