Hello,
I have a Windows Machine, laptop, that seems to have the NCPA Windows Service not running daily. It seems to be possibly associated with our automated restart procedure. Every day the service doesn't run and has to be started manually. I've tried to review logs but none seem to exist or I don't know how to access them.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hello @daniel.mooreOWP,
Do you have your NCPA log levels set to debug? What version of NCPA are you running and what version of Windows are you running it on?

Hi @daniel.mooreOWP
1: First check Service settings by opening the service app and find NCPA service , Right click it and select properties and set the startup type to Automatic.
2: review event logs by Checking the Windows Event Viewer for any logs related to the NCPA service and look for any errors or warnings that might indicate why the service isn’t starting.
3: Review the automated restart procedure to ensure it doesn’t interfere with the NCPA service.
4: You can create a Task Scheduler task to start the NCPA service after a restart.
5: Ensure you have the latest version of NCPA installed.
