NCPA Windows Service Is Not Running Daily

Hello,
I have a Windows Machine, laptop, that seems to have the NCPA Windows Service not running daily. It seems to be possibly associated with our automated restart procedure. Every day the service doesn't run and has to be started manually. I've tried to review logs but none seem to exist or I don't know how to access them.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
