Check_udp for chronyd

Hi. Does anyone have an example of check_udp for a port? Not sure what I'm missing

Very specifically, and in more detail than you might otherwise have thought necessary, exactly what are you hoping to do, and what have you done so far?
What is happening on your system, and how different is that from what are you expecting?
