Hi,

I recently upgrade from 1.1.4 to 1.4.1, I downloaded the lastest OVA from Nagios, deployed the VM, exported my 1.1.4 backup to the new VM, restored it, than upgrade to 1.4.1 and everything seems to be ok. The only problem I see is the Perf Graph not displaying anyone, no data to display. Tried few things but still no go. Need help of this. Thanks

We are aware of this issue and I believe it should be resolved in the 1.4.2 release if it is the bug I'm thinking it is.

The restore process is intended to be done on a system running the same version of XI as the source machine ( in your case 1.1.4 ). The quickest thing to do might be to build a fresh Linux image rather than use the ova image, install the same version of XI it and then perform the restore following the instructions in our backup and restore document ( note the different OS section near the end ):

If you want to try to getting your current ova image probably the easiest way to resolve the problem would be to open a support case so they can look at the state of your system via a diagnostic profile.

I have similar issue with the performing graph just now showing but we do get alert as normal.

Is there an ETA on deliver of the 1.4.2? We're experiencing the same issue. Alerting/notification fine, no perf graphs on any services.
