we have issues with updating from our current system:
Nagios XI 5.10.0
CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)
Manual Install of XI
No special configurations on your system, ie; is Gnome installed
No proxy
Using SSL
to xi-2024R1.4.1 on Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS.
Is that possible in a single step?

This will not be possible in a single jump unfortunately, as Cent OS 7 is not supported by version 2024R1.4.1 of Nagios XI, so you'll need to perform a few upgrade and migration jumps. I've included a link to our software compatibility matrix for your reference in the upgrade process:
