What happened to the "Help" section that had the API docs? Where can that information be found in this new version?

In the Neptune theme there is the ? icon on the left sidebar that will take you to the help section, and that includes the API docs. You can also get there directly with http://<your.xi.ip.addr>/nagiosxi/help/, and also in Neptune you can type api into the search bar and click on the appropriate link below to get to the docs.
