NagiosXi and CCM out of sync

in the NAGIOS XI gui I have host x with check y and it shows critical
however in CCM under services for host x I don't have a check y

how did this get out of sync?

I am using latest nagiosxi

If a service is running on a host the service is attached to the host. It could be via a hostgroup.
