We a server we recently updated to 2024R1.4.3 and since then, every time I try to add a new host or make a modification to a host using the GUI I get an error message saying "Missing required fields" and trough trial and error I realized that is complaining that the filed "Max check attempts" is not set.
We have never set the field Max check attempts on any hosts as we define that value on a host template than latter is assigned to our hosts. Now NagiosXI makes it compulsory to defined the field "Max check attempts" on every single host or is this a bug?
This only happens when I try to make the change trough the GUI because If I upload a .cfg into the import folder it will work OK. I have not tested yet if it works trough the API.
Also I realized the filed "Max check attempts" no longer have a * symbol next to it.
