Hello,

Could you please try re-downloading the key and then running apt-get update? Instructions on downloading they key can be found on https://repo.nagios.com once you select what flavor of Linux you're using.

It seems like there's an issue with the public key for the repository. Have you tried updating the key with the command sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 471D5F4645ECF0AD?
