NagiosXI is not notifying added users

Ok. so I have setup all switches and routers via the Monitoring Wizard. After all was setup i am able to receive notification from NagiosXI. I have then added two new users with admin rights and they are not receiving any notifications. How to fix this?
I have tried to clone myself so they would get my setting also with no luck. i have also tried the following tutorial , again with no luck.

You will need to add the new contacts to the monitoring configuration for the services.
Configure -> CCM -> Services -> Modify -> Alert Settings -> Contacts

I have about 830 services running. Do i have to go into each one and add user to them? Is there a better way to do it?

The Bulk Modifications tool in XI 2012 would be a great help in doing this. Located under the Core Config Manger.

Yep. i just did that and it still not notifying the new users.

Did these users login and set their notification preferences? And did you Apply configuration after making the changes?

Never mind. I've got it to work. went to ccm->contact then user-> modify-> alerting and there i had to set both hosts and services notification enabled to ON. it was set to skip. Way to much place in NagiosXI 2012 to set notifications. little bit confusing.
