Hi,

In my test set up which is running "Nagios XI 2011R3.1 Copyright © 2008-2012 Nagios Enterprises, LLC." , We have tried to upgrade to NagiosXI2012 Standard Edition to test the new functionalities and features provided in this major release, so that we can upgrade our production NagiosXI which is running "Nagios XI 2011R1.7 Copyright © 2008-2011 Nagios Enterprises, LLC." with active maintenance & support contract, but somehow it is showing no error and we believed it updated, until we checked the UI and we found the old UI with the old NagiosXI2011 version still running there.

As per the upgrade documents given in this forum, we have followed the same steps and downloaded "xi-2012r1.0.tar.gz" and run the ./upgrade

Any idea ????

Have you logged off of the Nagios Web UI and logged back in to complete the upgrade? Can you also post the install log here.

Hi Scott,

No this server is a test server and we don't have any dns for that server. Also we don't have any internet connectivity to that server, we have to upgrade via manually only.
