Lock Notification Times

What is the easiest way to lock users from changing their notification times?
We are using Nagios XI fully patched VM download image. We imported our old Nagiox 3.x templates into the new server.

If you are using 2012 you can go to Admin -> Notification Management

Then, on the "Notification Options" tab check
"Check this box if you want to deploy the notification settings below. "
Enable Notifications:
Lock Notification Settings:

Select other settings and choose who to deploy them to.

this will make the settings unchangeable by the users
