2009R1.3B is available but where are the release notes..?

Morning,

I notice that 2009R1.3B has been available for the past few days, but the change log (http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagiosxi/CHANGES.TXT) has not been updated...

Please could someone advise what the changes are and/or update the change log...
